How to join

If your council is participating in refugee resettlement schemes and would like to join, these are the steps:

  • Get in touch to arrange a demonstration.
  • Review and sign the Resettlement Connect Access Agreement after the demonstration.
  • Identify the staff and/or teams who will require access to Resettlement Connect.
  • Prepare your date for initial upload to the system.
  • Transfer your data to the easy-to-use automated case uploader template.
  • Liaise with your digital services to ensure access to the live site and Single Sign On account verification.

The Resettlement Connect team, in partnership with the service provider LoCTA LTD will:

  • Be available to answer questions about the service
  • Provide the Access Agreement for your consideration.
  • Create your council account when the Access Agreement is signed.
  • Provide training and ongoing user support so your council can maximise the benefits of the Resettlement Connect service.
